What happens if my journey is delayed?
We understand that travel disruptions can be frustrating so if your journey with us was delayed, we’d like to hear from you.
Please get in touch with our Customer Relations team via our Contact Form. They will be happy to look into the reasons for the delay and discuss any compensation available to you.
If our service is delayed, our policy is to offer a voucher to be used for future ticket purchases and this applies to waiting times of one hour or more. While we are unable to make an offer of compensation for delays of less than one hour, we still value your feedback and welcome your comments.
If your booking was made with a third party (e.g. tour operator or travel agent), please reach out to them directly regarding your travel with LeShuttle.
