Advance Passenger Information for tour operators/travel agents
Please note: Customers with bookings made through Pharos must enter the customers email on the trade module which will generate a booking confirmation and password so your customer can upload their API and relevant documents to travel in both directions.
If API is not added to a booking in advance of travel, your customer may be stopped at check-in and asked to add their passenger details to their booking before they continue on their journey.
To ensure API is added to all bookings, you can either:
- Add the customer's email to the booking (this only gives the customer access to API, not to the booking).
- Add API to the booking on your customers behalf
