Lost Property

If you believe you may have misplaced a personal item while traveling with us, we’re happy to help. Our Lost Property Department can check if it has been handed in. To submit an inquiry, please use our Contact Form under the "Already Travelled" section and select "Lost Property."

Important Information:

  • Our office operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • Passports and driving licenses will be returned to the issuing authority.
  • Bank cards will be securely destroyed upon arrival at our central Lost Property department in Folkestone.
  • All other items handed in on our terminals will be kept for one month.
  • Items lost in France are sent to our Folkestone office every two weeks.
