I'm not receiving push notifications in the LeShuttle app
Ensure you have allowed both Push Notifications and Location services (set to Always, and enable Precise Location) on your device for the LeShuttle app. Both of these are required in order for the app to work correctly.

What happens in the event of an accident?

Yes. The time limit for customs approval is three months after the month of purchase for a credit card refund, or 21 days from the date of purchase for an immediate refund.
