What happens if my ticket expires?

All standard LeShuttle tickets are non-refundable but remain valid for one year from the booking date, as long as they have not expired. Once a ticket expires, it can no longer be used for travel and will be forfeited.

Travel Insurance Claims
If you were unable to travel and need to file a claim with your travel insurance provider, our Customer Support Team can assist. Simply reach out via our Contact Form, and we’ll be happy to provide a supporting letter for your claim.

No Exceptions for Refunds
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on non-refundable tickets under any circumstances.
