What happens if I’m delayed on the motorway due to Brexit?

As you can imagine, beyond our terminals we have no control over traffic flow. If you can, try and give yourself more time than you need to get to us. We also work closely with the local authorities in Folkestone and Calais to make sure we can keep you as up-to-date as possible as you travel to us. If there is heavy traffic on your approach that results in you arriving late, try not to worry. Our service operates 7 days a week, 24hrs a day and we’ll do everything we can to put you on the next available shuttle*.
