Updating your LeShuttle account details
Managing Your Personal Details Online
You can easily update your personal details by logging into your account and selecting the Personal Details section.
From there, you can:
- Reset your password
- Update your email or postal address
- Change your security information
- Adjust your marketing preferences
If you need to update the name on your account due to a recent name change, please complete our Contact Form and provide the necessary proof of the change. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Please note that we cannot transfer your account to someone else. If another person needs an account, they will need to create their own LeShuttle Members account with their personal details.
In the Stored Information section, you can also manage:
- Vehicle details
- Saved Advance Passenger Information (API)
- Payment card details
- Information about your pets
