Can I amend or cancel my booking online?
You can amend or cancel most bookings made directly via the LeShuttle website, subject to availability, amendment fees, and any price differences. The ability to amend or cancel your booking depends on the terms and conditions of your ticket. We strongly recommend reviewing these terms before making any changes.
Amending Your Booking
Whether you can amend your booking depends on your ticket type (found in your booking confirmation) and when the booking was made. Please refer to your specific ticket type for further details:
To Amend Your Booking Online

For account holders:

Log into My Account.

Locate your booking and click "Edit booking."

For guest bookings:

Log in here using your booking reference and password (found in your booking confirmation).

Click "Edit booking."

Bookings with insurance: Amendments cannot be made online. Please contact us at +44 (0) 3457 35 35 35 for assistance.

Cancelling Your Booking
If your plans change and you can no longer travel within the validity of your ticket, you may be able to cancel your booking online. Check your ticket terms to determine if you are eligible for a refund.

Important Refund Information

If you originally purchased a non-refundable ticket and later upgraded to a Standard Refundable / Standard Plus or Flexiplus / Short Stay Flexiplus, only the refundable upgrade supplement will be refunded (minus any cancellation fee) — not the original non-refundable fare.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you used a LeShuttle Credit Voucher for partial payment, a replacement voucher will be emailed to you automatically.
