Can I amend my Day/Overnight ticket?

Your ability to amend a ticket depends on the original purchase date.

Tickets Purchased Before March 5, 2025

• These tickets remain valid for one year from the purchase date.
• You may change your travel date, subject to availability and any fare difference.
• Changes must be made within 24 hours after the scheduled departure time. After this period, the ticket expires and is no longer valid for travel.

Tickets Purchased on or After March 5, 2025

Validity

• Tickets are only valid for the specific travel dates selected at the time of booking.
• Amendments are not permitted.

Cancellations

• If you cannot travel on your booked dates, you may cancel your ticket.
• Canceled tickets are non-refundable.

New Bookings for Alternative Dates

• If your travel plans change, you must purchase a new ticket at the current fare.
